Some of the best ski
and travel destinations in the world
Sure
its great being unceasingly awed by the beauty of some of the most
majestic mountains in Europe, and even getting to ski them when the mood
strikes. And yes, the people are great and I must even admit that
sometimes the pay is adequate too.
So what's the problem?
Great it is. Easy, it
is not. Case in point. Yours truly is
now scrunched in front of a computer screen with the chore in
hand of relaying to you, without being all syrupy and flowery,
what a dynamic destination the Jungfrau Region is to ski and
visit. Hah! "What a dawdle" you say. Imagine complaining
about a job writing a description of three of the world's most
famous mountains and the skiing and villages that lie at their
feet.

Well you know what smarty. You're right it is easy.
But you know something else? It is very hard too, because it
has all been done before. And most difficult of all it has all
been done before and often, by yours truly. So how to
I relate
to you how much I really like this area of Switzerland? Do I
for example extol the beauties of The Eiger, The Monch and The
Jungfrau? A picture can do it better.
Do I tell how about the varied and
extensive skiing available, or the efficiency and charm of the
mountain transportation system? Got a map here for that. You see
what I mean? Blood sweat and tears.
However this is one whale of
a ski and holiday destination, and equally I do write about such
places for my daily bread. With that in mind, I will get down
to the task at hand and hopefully give you some insight about
the Jungfrau Ski Region.
